91 days; 13th week! 😭

It's been 13 weeks already... Wow. Next week will be my second orthontist adjustment and can I just say, I am so excited. My right canine isn't exactly shifted in like my left one, but it still just has a little bit more to go. Hopefully by the second adjustment it will shift right in and then my top teeth will allign together. 

The only thing I'm actually worried about is that my teeth will be yellow... Because on one of my tooth, there's been a yellow mark and it's been staying there since. I'm scared its cavities... And also I can notice really closely that some teeth are actually yellow but I'm really confused because I brush my teeth a lot. The only times I don't brush them are after lunch at schools... 

So yeah, I most likely will go and clean my teeth at the dentist soon, definitely before the year ends around December. 

I need to find a date where I'm not busy and stuff. 

I'm also contemplating on getting a light blue for my next ties, I haven't gotten that yet. So far I've only had light purple, and this teal colour. I'm thinking on my last adjustment I'm gonna go back to this real colour because this colour is seriously really pretty. But yeah, nothing much to add. I really hate my elastics, as always. Like I feel free with purely just braces but the elastics just restrict everything which pusses me off. But it's okay because it's doing its job and it will all be work it in the end. Okay, here the photos!

84 Days: 12th week!

Well, my teeth has gotten better. 

My right canine I think has moved down? Well, when I run my tongue behind it, I can feel it a but of gum and a bit of the tooth. It needs to be moved in more, and a little more down. I think it has improved, just a tiny bit from last week. I've also noticed that I'm smiling more, because my teeth looks better now. But my elastics are really hella annoying. 

I can't really laugh or eat comfortably with them at all. But I only have 2 more weeks until my next ortho appointment, and ugh. I have a feeling I'll continue on wearing these damned elastics. I'm probably gonna change my colour to light blue, even though I really like this colour on my teeth at the moment. 

Some days I really forget I actually have braces and other days I'm just so annoyed by them.

Hopefully they'll shift down, and by my second adjustment appointment, the braces will fix up the right tooth. But honestly it's been what, almost 3 months and I've gotten pretty cool results. 

So what im wishing is that my teeth will fully move down and I can take photos (party coming up just 10 days after my adjustment) and I can smile and laugh more comfortably... See ya on my next update! 

11th week; 77 days 😂😏

Wow it's been 11 weeks already... My next appointment will be on the 3rd of December and I am so excited and happy for that 👏👏👏 

so far I have dedinity noticed that my right canine has moved down considerably and I'm thinking just at least 1 or 2 more weeks till it will be in line with the rest of my teeth!! 

I've been feeling some pain in that area as well, and my biting has become better. It's become more easier to bite into things but because the area near my right canine is sore I can't bite much, but on the other side I'm fine.

Pain has become more tolerable but the main thing that bums me out is food getting stuck in my teeth... Especially salads like long lettuce/spinach, and bread remains stuck in my brackets and wires which is annoying as shit. 

I'm thinking of getting pink for my next ties in my brackets but the thing is, I'm going to be smiling a lot after my next appointment with teeth (because they're all shifting a lot) so I want to pick a nice colour... Maybe light blue? I really like the colour of my current braces, a nice teal green, but I want to try all of the colours on my braces. 

The rubber bands are annoying as hell, I hate them so much. To be honest when the bands are off, I feel like my teeth are just normal again with the braces because I've gotten used to them, but adding the rubber bands have really restricted me a lot... It's ugly, painful, and annoying. I really don't want to have the bands for long but at the same time I know I'll be keeping them for my whole treatment. Well hopefully my right canine will align with all my other teeth, OH and also, the curve of my top mouth is ALMOST perfect! It looks really get, I just need the right canine to move down is all.
